Scrub with the help of these things

1. Scrub with curd, lemon juice and gram flour

Yogurt acts as the best moisturizer for the skin, while gram flour and lemon juice work to brighten your skin. It removes tanning of feet. Also, it does not cause any harm to the skin. You can easily make a paste of these three things at home and apply it on your feet and the surrounding area. Leave it for 30-35 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. You can repeat this twice a week.

2. Lemon and Sugar

You can also make a pack of lemon and sugar to scrub at home. It can reduce the stubborn tan on the feet. It can also prove to be helpful in cleaning the pores of the skin. Lemon helps reduce melanin. Lemon and sugar scrub acts like a granular scrub in the skin. For this, make a pack of lemon and sugar in a bowl and leave it on the area around the feet and fingers. Then wash it off for 10-15 minutes. You can feel your feet soft after washing it.

3. Potatoes and Lemons

Potato acts as the best bleaching agent for the skin, while lemon removes blemishes and tanning from the body. If you want to get back the natural color of your skin, you can use this. If you want to easily restore the natural skin color then the combination is perfect. Make a paste of potato and lemon juice. Apply it on your feet, hands and feet. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then wash off with cold water. Repeat the process at least twice a week for best results.

4. Orange, Sandalwood and Milk Cream

Vitamin C present in orange is very important to cleanse the skin while sandalwood soothes sunburns and brightens the complexion. The milk cream present in the mask moisturizes your skin. So you make a paste of these three ingredients and apply it on the affected area. Keep it for 30-35 minutes and then wash off with cold water. You can do this twice a week.

5. Oats and Yogurt

Oats are great at exfoliating the skin on your feet and getting rid of dead skin cells. Yogurt, on the other hand, is great for moisturizing the skin and is good for health. Make a paste of oatmeal, lemon juice and yogurt and apply it on your feet and hands. Scrub it with light hands for 10-15 minutes. Wash it off with cold water and pat it dry with light hands.
